Job Description:
As the Social Media Manager at Eyesite, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across various platforms to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. You will play a key role in shaping our online presence and will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align our social media efforts with our overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Eyesite’s brand voice and business objectives.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online communities to foster positive relationships and brand loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to enhance EyeSite’s social media presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all channels and support broader marketing initiatives.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, influencer collaborations, and content marketing to expand EyeSite’s reach.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the technology or security industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
- Experience in creating and managing social media advertising campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics is a plus.
